At Elegance Sole, we prioritize delivering your handmade leather shoes as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped on working days. If you have any questions regarding the shipping or return process, feel free to contact us at elegencesole367@elegancesole.com.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for a single item are $39.99. Please note that additional taxes and fees may apply for certain countries, such as Japan, Brazil, Argentina, San Marino, Chile, South Africa, New Zealand, and other South American countries. We strive to keep your invoice low to minimize any fees you might incur.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Sky Net. However, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) when the package arrives in their country. By placing an order with Elegance Sole, you acknowledge that you are the "importer of record" and that the package will only be released once all necessary fees are paid.

We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs in your country, including transfer or storage charges. If you choose to refuse the shipment and it is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price of the goods, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The return address is available on our website and included on your invoice. Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Items must be returned unused, unmodified, and in new condition.
  • Any item that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
  • Elegance Sole reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please contact us before initiating a return. Note that it can take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of $15 will be applied if any accessories, such as shoe horns, shoe bags, or polish kits, are missing from the returned package.

Made-to-Order Items

At Elegance Sole, all of our shoes are handcrafted upon order to ensure a personalized experience. Each pair is custom-made according to your specifications and will be shipped in approximately 15 to 22 days.

Belts, Bags & Accessories

Items like belts, bags, and other accessories must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Contact us before returning these items. Refunds will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges.

Transport Damage

If your product is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up or delivered to the address you provided within 14 days, Elegance Sole reserves the right to charge a handling and storage fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs from the shipping company.

Elegance Sole reserves the right to amend and update this policy at any time, without prior notice.
